Ruth Sims
Ruth Sims is a Marketing and Development strategist, specializing in consulting for worldwide Christian organizations in capital campaigns, events, and long range planning and fundraising. She has worked with and assisted world and Christian leaders in many denominations, with an emphasis on humanitarian projects on several continents, including famine relief in Africa, which resulted in feeding over 100,000 people.
She is the co-founder of Love of Israel (LOI), which builds sincere relationships between Jews and Chrsitians, providing education through events, media and printed materials in the Biblical significance of God’s Covenant with the Jewish people and the nation of Israel. Through various initiatives, LOI provides support by facilitating dialogue between Israeli and American government officials. LOI has a strong humanitarian outreach through the Campaign of Compassion by consistently providing funding to those living in poverty and the wounded IDF solders and their families.
Ruth has received numerous accommodations and awards, which include special recognition from Vice President Dan Quayle for spearheading an International Prayer Network during the Persian Gulf War. She serves of the board of several ministries and the advisory board of many others.
Born in Norfolk, Virginia to parents of Eastern Europe decent, she currently resides in Northern, Virginia. |
